About the artist

Janet says, “As a relative newcomer to Wyoming–having moved here in 1986–my perspective is influenced by a romantic view of the landscape and the wildlife that populates it. Since childhood, I have been intrigued with the West, and now that I live here, the beauty still captures my imagination. Like the ever changing light on the vast terrain, the focus of my work shifts often. I hope my various moods speak to you in a meaningful way.“
